PETRUNIC LIMITED OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY, BACKGROUND CHECK, AND BACKGROUND-CHECK COMPLIANCE ARE REQUIRED TO CLAIM A PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

The 4th of July 2026 Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry and who are legally permitted to possess firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees, officers, and directors of Petrunic Limited ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Florida, New York, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Timing

The Sweepstakes begins on July 4th, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 4th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes via two (2) methods. Both methods carry equal dignity and provide identical odds of winning per entry under the rule of Equal Treatment.

  • Method A: Product Purchase (Automatic Entry). During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://petrunic-global.myshopify.com/products/tactical-brownie-hoodie and purchase any eligible merchandise. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every one dollar ($1.00) spent on the product subtotal (excluding shipping fees, discounts, and taxes).

  • Method B: Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-print your full name, complete physical mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a standard 3" x 5" postcard. Mail the postcard with proper postage to:

    Strict Mailing Constraints: Each entry must be submitted on a standalone postcard. Postcards enclosed within envelopes will be immediately disqualified and destroyed unread. Each eligible postcard received counts as 100 entries. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 4th and received no later than August 9th, 2026 to be eligible. Mechanically reproduced or automated mail-in entries are void.

4. Prize and FFL Transfer Requirements

The Grand Prize consists of: 1776 Glock 19V, Streamlight TLR7X, Holosun 507CX2 and Glock 19 light bearing holster. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $1,000.00.

  • FFL Transfer Protocol: The Grand Prize firearm will not be shipped directly to the winner. Sponsor will arrange to ship the prize to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee ("FFL") dealer local to the winner.

  • Background Check Mandate: The winner must physically visit the designated FFL dealer, present valid government-issued photo identification, complete ATF Form 4473, and successfully pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check. The winner is solely responsible for any standard local transfer fees charged by the FFL dealer.

  • Background Check Failure / Ineligibility: If the winner fails the background check, is legally prohibited from taking possession of the firearm under federal, state, or local laws, or resides in a jurisdiction that bans the specific firearm or its components (e.g., magazine capacity restrictions), the prize will be completely forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor will award the winner a substitute prize consisting of a store gift card or cash equivalent valued at 50% of the firearm's ARV, and a runner-up winner may be drawn.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about August 4th, 2026, Sponsor will select the potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible purchase-based and mail-in entries received. The drawing will be conducted using a certified, independent electronic random number generator.

Sponsor will notify the potential winner via the email address provided during checkout or on the mail-in postcard. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a W-9 tax form, and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days to claim the prize.

6. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes associated with the acceptance of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the prize value exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the exact ARV of the prize during the appropriate tax year.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Petrunic Limited, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram), their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

8. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
